How IMAGINATION Could Save Us Now

How IMAGINATION Could Save Us Now

Surely if you are a fan of my writing, you are already a strong spiritual practitioner, and some sort of activist. You are used to the daily discipline of honing your focus to imagine and manifest a specific direction and result. THANK YOU!
You may also be feeling some despair, anxiety, or depression, as the gravity of global politics and environmental destruction looms over us all.

MEDITATION IS A PRACTICE OF PRESENCE WITH FOCUSED IMAGINATION, regardless of your method or approach.

How’s your practice? Are you meditating? Clearing your body of the stress and static with your time on the yoga mat? Getting bodywork, or trauma work, depending on how sensitive you are to the maelstrom of current events? Well, don’t stop!

As our inner fire rises (Yogis call this Kundalini/Mata Shakti), we are bound to be challenged…by seemingly bigger hurdles and more devastating frustration. With everyone else drowning in the sea of samsara (daily existence, sickness and limiting illusions), and us being empaths – total canaries in the toxic coal mine – we are bound to feel the sludge. You’ll know you’ve begun to wear it thickly if you feel you are drowning with no way out.

“HIE THEE TO THY MAT OR CUSHION, TARRY NOT!” For in this very secret chamber of your room, where none would suspect, miracles will arise…if you are spiritually connected. It is ONLY through the skilled development and application of our consciousness that we can even begin to see change. We have practiced to be ready for this for many lifetimes. Now, here we are, and we are the ones we have been waiting for. If you doubt this at all, just look at the national outcry and outpour of support we all rallied last week, in mere days, sending caravans of herbal medicine and supplies to our Standing Rock families in the Dakotas. When all else fails, we must pool our spiritual forces, of which the primary one is LOVE.

If you are wandering around in a daze, disconnected and upset, please climb onboard with us. i guarantee you there’s more light here. “HIE THEE TO THY MAT OR CUSHION, TARRY NOT!” For in this very secret chamber of your room, where none would suspect, miracles will arise. And you will find healing within.

If you need help getting back to your mat, or your meditation, or your journaling, painting, singing, or career change - whatever - then contact Quiet Mind Healing. We support your transition out of pain and into the life you love. There’s no clear flow along a crooked twisted path. “SoulWork Through the Body” draws you into sacred space to transform your alignment inside and out. In the intimacy of personal attention to your healing process, you will feel safe and supported to grow your self-healing power.
