Court Watch
i never did jury duty. Sure, i got notices. Yes, i responded, in pointed letters with graceful words, yet from the umbrage in my heart that some entity should demand i give them days, weeks, months of my time as some civic duty and threaten to fine and imprison me should i fail to respond…it’s abusive. i flat out refused.
My reasons were true and valid; we’ll save that story for another day…
COURT WATCH / ON MEETING THE COURT
i’ve never spent time in court (or wanted to); then twice over the last month, i went to Santa Cruz to support a young woman who was wrongfully arrested and jailed, her little girl stolen my CPS (aka: Child Protective Services). My first day there, my legs shook all day, and i was fuming with rage the whole time. They’re smug liars (wink, wink!) and it’s hard to watch. Yesterday was just confusing.
We American Nationals are trying to learn their language (legal-mumbo-jumbo-dog latin) and universe as quickly as we can. But the “legal” system is made of sharp and secret twists and turns and billions of dollars washed into black briefcases and unlawful securities and corrupt banks; and then they push you to the precipice in handcuffs ordering you to either jump or plead guilty and pay pay pay.
Why did we go to Santa Cruz? Imagine: a felony for…visiting Grandma with your baby girl!
When they finally let her out of solitary confinement a few weeks ago, they put an electronic chain on her leg and ordered her to stay home. She hasn’t seen or talked to her baby in months. Look up felony. i’m still scratching my head over this…and i’m witnessing the story unfold in real time.
NOT ON MY WATCH.
FINAL ANSWER: NO *&^%WAY!
Since i began studying Constitutional and Common Law back in October 2020, i’ve been sucked into the vortex of evil and corruption in the “justice” system, and called on to defend the innocent with my presence and my written word. Now as part of the American State Assembly*, we are the Remedy for the corruption that we see all around.
Law is a very interesting and twisted game of secret languages and invisible ink. Just like the banking system with its undisclosed watermarks on our checks where we unknowingly consent to donate all our assets to those self-same banks. It’s damn near next to impossible to be quiet and not scream bloody murder watching the system cheat, lie, and steal - and hear of the assault and battery behind the closed doors of prison in solitary confinement (we’re talking here about a young mother and her little girl who were kidnapped using brute force and presumptive documents layered in foreign words and concepts for gods sake! On the block with rapists and axe murderers!) …
And so we went to Santa Cruz Court at the last minute again (as it always is, because they hope nobody will show up) - a local contingent of American Nationals like myself who, due to our Status correction, stand outside the jurisdiction of the corrupt Federal and Municipal Courts. The fine print says only citizens can be abused like chattel and must comply. We are not citizens. We are State Nationals, Americans* on the land reclaiming possession of our assets because now we know how.
…and so we stood at 701 Ocean Street in the Santa Cruz Court , and she - the sweet young mother - still has a chance to be free. It’s exhausting; the fun and surprises never end. She’ll have to find a lot of money fast to pay for all this - but one day We the People will be able to charge the evil system back. But for now, we have to outsmart evil by exposing the Truth: the Truth of the original Constitution for the united States of America (unincorporated); and the Truth of our willingness and lawful Right to stand facing these agents of corporate corruption as American Nationals - living flesh and blood - People on the land and soil of California State - and demand that our assets be returned.
American Nationals reclaim and take possession of all renditions of our names and all corporate entities created in our names. Therefore, in the word-and-paper wars we call “law” and “the legal system”, American Nationals have the power and upper hand. We are alive in the flesh and holding the documents and deeds in our hands. Or learning to create them in real time.
On another county is a young man under similarly evil persecution, and his team’s work is finally winning jurisdiction in court: that means we become untouchable in Federal and Municipal Courts, and can bill them well for wasting our time. i had the great pleasure of contributing my word-sword to some of his documents, and at this point he’s traveling to courts all over to defend his Rights, reclaim millions of dollars of personal assets that were confiscated and/or destroyed, and get the bloodhounds off his back.
Same story, details may vary. Evil is evil through and through but the light of Truth is blinding in the poison midnight of demonic dreams.
Together we will persist and stand ground at Santa Cruz Court, and for our young brother further south as well. The story is far from over…but the dominoes are toppling. Judges we meet just suddenly flee the courtroom and hide behind the door refusing to come out. It’s pretty childish and funny, and totally perplexing to me. How can they get paid millions of dollars for not upholding their Oaths of Office and then running away? That only prolongs the case, which makes more and more billions for them every day…But now they can only trip themselves on the way out the door, as we file Bar Grievances with their bosses in their own language that threaten to end their career. Evil will; not be tolerated.
Truth shines her light. Now evil must decide.
